Our Construction Process

Design Build

During the design build process, the client hires us for the construction as well as coordinating the design with the architect and engineers. We handle the entire process from designing to permitting to construction and all the way through to completion.

General Construction

For general construction, the client hires us to build something they have already had designed by their own architect. We build it according to their plans and specifications. It would be the same process whether it’s a brand new building or an existing building that needs improvement, we write the contracts and oversee all the subcontractors (all of the different trades).

This process can be broken down into different categories such as New Commercial Construction, Tenant Improvements (a term used for commercial construction which is inclusive of remodeling an existing space, finishing a space in an existing shell building – a building with exterior walls and roof but nothing done on the inside, or demolition and redoing an existing space), Custom Homes, Residential Additions and Remodels.
